Thomas Fire Update + Happy Holidays

Friends of FCD,

We have a few updates for you in light of the Thomas Fire, which continues to devour our beloved local backcountry and absolutely devastated our town of Ventura (as well as all surrounding towns) over the last two weeks. 

First, we are back open!  Thank you so much for your patience over the last couple of weeks during our shop closure.  We will work to resume normal business hours, and will be geting back to you via email as soon as we can.  We know it is the holiday season and will do everything we can to make it feel that way again!

Second, due to the closure and two weeks of falling ash and debris, as well as the terrible air quality, we have had to scrub our shop, as well as our materials, clean.  This has delayed production and unfortunately, we will be unable to take new custom orders until the new year.  Luckily, this is only a couple of weeks away!  In the meantime, if you want to get a board queued up for when we are able to resume orders, please contact us and we'll help you out.

Third, we will update this post when we have more information about the best ways to help out during this time.  

Thank you so much for your understanding as we work to get everything back in order at the shop.  We hope you have a great holiday, and we look forward to building you a sick custom come the new year.
